What you will do

• Build and operate infrastructure for AI-native systems including agent runtimes and real-time workflows.
• Design scalable and reliable deployment platforms for complex services.
• Develop primitives for event-driven and streaming workloads supporting high-throughput AI systems.
• Build low-latency, real-time systems for asynchronous workloads and model interactions.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product Engineering, and Product Management teams to deploy and operate model-powered services.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from the United Kingdom or similar time zones.
• Several years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or platform engineer with distributed systems.
• Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure and service platforms.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Go, Python, or Rust.
• Experience designing or operating systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure for AI or machine learning systems.
• Familiarity with streaming systems such as Kafka, Pulsar, or NATS.
• Experience supporting model serving, AI inference, or agent-based systems.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or deployment frameworks.
• Background in fast-growing SaaS or product-led companies.
