What you will do

• Build and maintain large-scale, compute-agnostic inference infrastructure serving AI models globally
• Design intelligent routing algorithms and autoscaling systems for efficient resource utilization
• Develop deployment pipelines for releasing new AI models to millions of users
• Integrate new AI accelerator platforms to maintain hardware-agnostic advantages
• Analyze observability data to optimize performance and manage multi-region deployments

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK with hybrid presence
• Significant software engineering experience with distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience or interest in machine learning systems and infrastructure
