What you will do

• Design, deliver, and support IT infrastructure operations for APAC sites including server and network management.
• Manage physical and virtual servers, including VMware virtualization and Windows server OS patching.
• Coordinate and support IT infrastructure projects and ensure documentation and reporting.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are effective and conduct relevant tests.
• Manage infrastructure inventories, lifecycle, and incident/problem/change management.
• Implement and ensure compliance with information security policies.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Singapore.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• 4-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations or similar roles.
• Experience managing physical and virtual server environments, VMware, and Windows server OS.
• Knowledge of network management including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Cisco standards.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
