What you will do

• Develop comprehensive architecture plans for experience management systems including feedback, monitoring, and analytics.
• Lead the integration of enterprise systems like Power BI, SysTrack, and Nexthink.
• Configure and customize platforms to optimize data capture, processing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and UX research teams to ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions for permanent team members.
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for robust data exchange.

Requirements

• Strong background in designing complex technical solutions for experience management or digital workplace environments.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience managing ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.
• Expertise in complex data modeling using tools like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for automation.
• English proficiency required for technical and business communication.
