What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for schools and families, managing concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document and track cases, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting of trends.
- Collaborate with clinical, customer success, and operations teams to improve service delivery.
- Analyze feedback to provide actionable insights for quality improvement.
- Educate stakeholders on resources, policies, and expectations.
- De-escalate emotionally charged situations and problem solve cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work (W2 employment).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in client advocacy, patient experience, or customer service in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
- Preferred bilingual Spanish fluency.
Nice to have
- Experience working with pediatric populations, schools, or families.
- Fluency in Spanish.
