Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- 2+ years working remotely in a quiet environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms
- Willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays
