What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through their menopause journey via digital communication channels.
• Resolve patient queries related to prescriptions, pharmacy, lab results, and order tracking.
• Support operational management to maintain high response standards and consistent patient experience.
• Identify and suggest improvements for patient journey pain points and internal workflows.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain high communication standards reflecting empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in London, South Africa
• Excellent communication skills for clear and thoughtful patient interactions.
• Empathy and compassion for sensitive patient needs related to menopause.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using modern digital tools such as WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms.
