What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable integrations across enterprise HCM platforms including Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
• Define and enforce integration architecture standards such as JSON-based APIs and connectors.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor packaged integration solutions ensuring performance and security.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across teams.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML-based automation and integration tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with ability to work remotely.
• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with deep expertise in integration frameworks and APIs.
• Proven leadership delivering integrations on major HCM platforms, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend platform including Orchestrate and EIB.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate).
• SAP Certified Integration Developer.
• Experience with AI-powered developer productivity tools like GitHub Copilot.
