What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize Jenkins pipelines and build infrastructure for Unreal Engine projects.
• Administer Perforce streams, workspaces, permissions, and performance tuning.
• Provision and maintain MMO server environments across development, staging, and production.
• Deploy and support dedicated servers, backend services, and related infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
• Develop automation tools and collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth asset and code integration.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Loveland, Colorado with onsite preference; fully remote negotiable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience in DevOps, build engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with C#, Python, PowerShell, and Unreal Engine build processes.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines, Perforce administration, and MMO server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with secrets management, container orchestration, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with C++ and Linux server administration.
• Experience optimizing large-scale Unreal Engine build pipelines and console development environments.
