What you will do

• Define editorial strategy and social media approach for hirify.global France aligned with global standards.
• Lead production operations including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery of live and remote productions.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of producers, coordinators, and schedulers.
• Collaborate with editorial, engineering, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflows and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee supplier relationships and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Support live event readiness and coordinate production assets and personnel.

Requirements

• Must be located in France (Paris) with hybrid work capability
• 10+ years of experience in live sports or high-volume production operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, technical systems, and budget management.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced live environments.
• Fluency in French and English.
