What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market analyses, including new launches, emerging trends, and store checks.
• Support the briefing process for internal teams (R&D, packaging, procurement) and external partners (design agencies, suppliers).
• Oversee key product development operations with external stakeholders, including artworks, asset production, and product design.
• Contribute to 360° activation plans by coordinating with cross-functional teams for cohesive product launches.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination and brand meetings in an international environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• First experience in marketing.
• Experienced Product Manager Assistant in skincare.
• Autonomous, action-oriented, and solution-oriented profile.
• Demonstrated rigor with strong attention to details and strong organization skills.
• Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills.
