What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows to automate software development lifecycle using frameworks like LangChain and custom Go orchestrators.
• Create autonomous systems that generate production-ready, strictly-typed Golang microservices from high-level requirements.
• Architect system boundaries and APIs to be agent-friendly, enabling LLMs to navigate and extend codebases without hallucinations.
• Build robust verification loops with "Judge" agents to audit "Coder" agents ensuring tamper-proof fiscal signatures and legal compliance.
• Define human-in-the-loop touchpoints to ensure safe and seamless transition to agentic engineering.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Preferably located in or near Vienna or within 2 hours time zone difference in Europe.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Golang and OOP languages.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and obsession with code quality and perfection.
