What you will do

• Lead the development of a cloud-based enterprise integration testing platform.
• Own the full development lifecycle from initial design to final delivery.
• Drive key architectural and technical decisions for the product.
• Promote and integrate AI-powered development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor into daily workflows.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vienna for this role.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API design, and scalable systems.
• Proven experience with AI coding tools and an AI-first mindset.
• Strong focus on testing, code quality, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET.
