What you will do

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via emails, calls, and chats
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs and stay updated with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely handle customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices
  • Communicate with developers and other IT departments

Requirements

  • Excellent French and English skills (C1) for both spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop/computer with minimum 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in technical support
