Salary: $228,000–$342,000 USD (US roles) or $212,000–$318,000 CAD (Canada roles) annually

What you will do

• Build and lead the Developer Relations team, hiring and mentoring advocates and technical engagement specialists.
• Drive company-wide Developer Relations strategy to increase adoption of developer tools like CLI, SDKs, SSH, and developer environments.
• Create feedback loops between developer communities and internal Product and Engineering teams to improve offerings.
• Oversee creation of technical content demonstrating security best practices.
• Represent hirify.global in the global developer community as a trusted voice on security, privacy, and authentication.
• Establish metrics to measure DevRel impact on product adoption and community health.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada with remote work within these countries only.
• 8+ years leading Developer Relations or related community programs, including open source experience.
• 5+ years managing individual contributors and managers.
• Strong technical fluency in modern development workflows (CI/CD, SSH, authentication standards).
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including executives and legal counsel.
• Passion for community safety and experience managing complex community situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with security-focused developer communities or products (Identity, Auth, DevSecOps).
