What you will do
- Build and execute product strategy covering direction, market segments, positioning, packaging, pricing, and commercial strategies.
- Develop and implement a product development framework for discovery, design, prioritization, testing, and rollout.
- Own the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver new features and integrate state-of-the-art AI innovation.
- Drive customer adoption and revenue impact with existing customers by working cross-functionally with Customer Success.
- Improve market win rate and revenue with new customers by working cross-functionally with Sales and contributing to Sales Enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years in a people management/leadership role.
- Experience scaling and leading product teams in a high-growth, innovative company building products for large enterprise customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade diverse stakeholders including customers, prospects, and industry leaders.
- Strong product taste, craftsmanship, and quality standards, with an understanding of and instinct for AI-native and agentic products.
- Demonstrated contribution to cross-functional efforts and revenue impact.
- English: B2 required.
