What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable, high-performance frontend web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards within the frontend team.
• Work closely with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment reliability, and observability.
• Own features end-to-end including requirement refinement, implementation, testing, and delivery with focus on frontend performance.
• Ensure cross-browser and multi-device compatibility while meeting accessibility and usability standards.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years as senior frontend developer and 7+ years frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Typescript, React, Redux, modern CSS frameworks, and UX/UI design systems.
• Experience with module federation, component architecture, SSR, RSC, and performance optimizations.
• Proficiency with Node.js, MongoDB, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and able to work hybrid in Montreal.
