What you will do

• Define and lead the technical strategy and architecture for scalable, production-ready data science and AI solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning, statistical, and predictive models.
• Oversee the development of advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and industry to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analysts.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or lead role.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation methodologies, with strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
• Leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding diverse teams and developing talent.
