Solution Architect

TL;DR

Solution Architect: Designing and delivering scalable enterprise technology solutions with an accent on cloud architecture, integrations, and retail technology ecosystems. Focus on designing integrations across cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party vendors while managing stakeholders in a complex environment.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK with 2-3 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable solutions across a broad enterprise technology landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery teams, and third-party partners across multiple programmes.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards and supports delivery across digital and operational platforms.
• Design integrations between cloud platforms (especially Azure), internal systems, and third-party vendors.
• Engage with stakeholders across technical teams and external delivery partners.
• Support observability, monitoring, and alerting in distributed environments.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.
• Strong commercial experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud architecture, particularly Azure and integrations.
• Background in retail technology ecosystems and enterprise platforms such as SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting in distributed systems.
