What you will do

• Monitor employee productivity and working hours using time-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with HR and team leads to address labor discipline violations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and automate reporting processes.
• Develop and update operational instructions and documentation in Confluence.
• Analyze data and create Excel reports based on business requests.
• Propose optimizations to improve Control Department performance and internal processes.

Requirements

• English: B1+ level required for communication and reporting
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong data verification skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to process large volumes of information.
• Remote work from any location worldwide

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or AppScript.
• Experience in reporting and analytics automation.
• Skills in processing large datasets.
