What you will do

• Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Drive AI initiatives across the organisation and improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and identify where AI can unlock leverage.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination ensuring smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, resource needs, and AI project implementation.
• Identify and implement strategies - including automation and AI-driven workflows — to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives.
• You're absolutely obsessed with AI and spend every minute you can researching and exploring the latest news and tools.
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
• Hands-on mindset with the capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution (e.g., automation, AI tools, data workflows, experimentation).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
