Location: Must be located more than 30 miles from the office, however hybrid work environment is prioritized

Salary: €105,000 to €140,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to lead technical success after the sales process.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices.
• Partner directly with leading AI teams to optimize workflows, share technical expertise, and influence our product roadmap based on real-world customer feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong programming proficiency in Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch Lightning) and tools (e.g., Streamlit, LangChain)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI and LLMs
• Proficiency with HuggingFace, Fastai, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or Ray
• Experience with hyperparameter optimization solutions
• Background in data engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps, with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools
