What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog including defining acceptance criteria
• Facilitate business value decisions and clarify direction for the development teams
• Communicate continuously with stakeholders including product managers and team managers
• Provide availability for team questions and forecast delivery timelines
• Drive continuous improvement of development methodologies and testing processes

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Linköping, Sweden
• Experience as backlog owner, technical project leader, or product owner
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Technical understanding of software products and product lifecycle
• Structured working style and long-term thinking
