What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for test automation development.
• Design and build Python-based automation tests and pipelines integrated with software tools and multiple systems.
• Work closely with developers to create and maintain advanced system tests.
• Define, develop, and execute automated testing plans based on deep system knowledge.
• Perform hands-on testing across storage, clustering, networking, and system integration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more engineers.
• At least 2 years of experience developing product testing and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, and Bash is required.
• Deep understanding of computer systems and operating systems, including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
• Experience with integration, performance, and stress testing, including test definition and execution.
• Experience developing test automation infrastructure or automating tests across Linux and Windows servers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of file systems, NAS, block-level storage, or storage networking protocols.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud, networking, or storage technologies.
• Experience with Jenkins and Git.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
