Product Manager (Fintech): Deliver and manage the strategic product roadmap for an Investment Management Platform focused on investment data, exposure, and FX management. With an accent on collaboration with global teams, sprint planning, and client engagement. Location: Must hold an eligible Australian work visa or have permanent work rights in Australia; role based in Sydney

What you will do
- Manage and mentor the product engineering team based in Sydney, including sprint planning and JIRA task prioritization
- Deliver on the strategic product roadmap in collaboration with global technology teams
- Oversee product release cycles ensuring quality testing and clear communication of release notes
- Engage with Professional & Managed Services teams to incorporate product requirements
- Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and best practices
- Lead client webinars and workshops to drive product adoption and gather detailed business requirements
Requirements
- Must have Australian work visa or permanent work rights
- Working knowledge of C#, SQL, Python and ability to engage with engineering teams on technical requirements
- Experience with cloud-native solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and AI tooling
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master preferred
- Proven product management experience in financial markets or superannuation
- Strong understanding of fund structures, exposure management, asset allocation, risk frameworks, and FX hedging
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences
