Senior Manager Digital Product (ERP/MS Dynamics 365): Leading a team of Deployment Consultants to support hirify.global Dealers in deploying the Dealer ERP Template and Annual Deployment Plan within the Asia Pacific region with an accent on aligning teams, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Focus on orchestrating deployments, fostering collaboration, and achieving enterprise deployment targets.

Location: Singapore, Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth). Working environment: 5 days in office

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global Deployment consultants and their ongoing Dealer Deployment projects for ERP Cat Dealer Template and Annual Deployment Plan (ADP).
• Organize and coordinate teams who work on diverse aspects of digital programs around the hirify.global Dealership.
• Serve as a collaborative leader and liaison, developing working relationships between hirify.global Dealers, System Integrators and hirify.global product and engineering teams.
• Facilitate meetings with hirify.global Dealer, Cat Digital & DSD leaders to share continual update and full transparency of status on deployment projects for ERP & ADP.
• Give strategic leadership to your deployment team and set working priorities.
• Develop existing teams talent and skillsets in MS Dynamics 365 and supporting deployment tools such as Mavim, Leapworks, etc.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP & Systems Knowledge (MS Dynamics 365 focus).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a product, process or deployment leadership role.
• Knowledge of System product lifecycle management, including adoption and change management.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.

Nice to have

• Demonstrate the ability to and experience of building teams, processes and organizational frameworks in relation to ERP and System deployments.
• Working experience of deploying Microsoft D365 and leveraging Mavim, Leapworks and Walkme.
• Knowledge of hirify.global business and dealership operations preferred.
• Interest in AI transformation.
