Location: Must be based in or legally authorized to work from the US (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina) or Canada (Ontario).

What you will do

• Collaborate across the Zelle product line with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with US-based engineering teams to initiate and support the Zelle gateway build, translating product vision into requirements.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on Zelle products, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze product changes and enhancements, shaping and documenting requirements for continuous improvement.
• Own tasks such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop understanding of the US product line and platform architecture to inform prioritization.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner.
• Previous experience with Zelle products and understanding of US payment schemes.
• Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Technical experience with API and cloud-based products.
• Hands-on data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other US payment schemes like FedNow, RTP, ACH.
• Experience in external-facing roles partnering with customers or clients.
