What you will do
- Collaborate across the Zelle product line with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support end-to-end delivery.
- Partner with US-based engineering teams to initiate and support the Zelle gateway build, translating product vision into requirements.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on Zelle products, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyze product changes and enhancements, shaping and documenting requirements for continuous improvement.
- Own tasks such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional and non-functional specifications.
- Develop understanding of the US product line and platform architecture to inform prioritization.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner.
- Previous experience with Zelle products and understanding of US payment schemes.
- Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Technical experience with API and cloud-based products.
- Hands-on data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other US payment schemes like FedNow, RTP, ACH.
- Experience in external-facing roles partnering with customers or clients.
