What you will do
- Provide senior-level technical configuration, programming, and architecture leadership for contact centre technologies.
- Manage end-to-end system lifecycle projects including costing, risk analysis, and change control.
- Perform business analysis and user needs assessment for major projects.
- Supervise and mentor intermediate and junior staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer expectations effectively.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
- Strong expertise in contact centre technologies and related ecosystems (CRM, telecommunications, analytics).
- Experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing roles.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
