What you will do

• Create and evolve scalable microservices with resilience, monitoring, and traceability.
• Drive performance tuning by identifying bottlenecks and refining data access and caching.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure cohesive APIs and user experience.
• Implement security-by-default practices and ensure compliance in financial services.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python and microservice architectures.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management in financial services.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional fast-paced environments.
