What you will do

• Assist with creating MCP tools and writing unit tests to optimize AI agent functionality
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world backend software engineering projects
• Engage with financial services business areas and senior leadership
• Present a summer project at the end of the internship

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Must be available onsite in Greenwood Village, CO for 10 weeks from May 27 to July 31, 2026
• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Python, Java, REST APIs, and unit testing frameworks
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

• Completed equivalent of 2 years of college credits
• Experience with MCP, AI, and Agentic Workflows
• Preferred majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
