Location: Seattle, United States with hybrid work model (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance provided. Travel up to 50% required.

Salary: $153,000–$325,000 + equity

What you will do

• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design, architect, and develop full-stack solutions using an experiment-driven, iterative approach.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and project plans for prototypes and full production deployments.
• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams as a trusted advisor, coding side-by-side to drive project completion.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Applied teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and actionable feedback.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and share best practices to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Seattle, United States.
• 7+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience in tech/product-driven companies; customer-facing experience highly desirable.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Bias for action and willingness to work iteratively with customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Former startup founder or early engineer experience is a plus.
