TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst (Data Analytics): Analyzing and optimizing operational data to improve decision-making by ensuring access to timely and accurate information. Location: Must be based in Montreal or Toronto, Canada. Hybrid environment requires 3 days/week in office.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD

What you will do

• Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems.
• Build clear and insightful reports to improve the Go-to-Market reports' reliability, accuracy, and clarity.
• Collaborate with functional departments to draw business insights from analytical output and present them through data stories and visualizations.
• Ensure accurate data integrity through business processes and corrective measures.
• Design accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, and dashboards for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize findings and extract key messages for core stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• 2-5 years’ of experience.
• Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience driving cross-functional outcomes with diverse stakeholders such as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
• Distinctive analytical skills and passion for data, with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and experience building tools and dashboards.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related fields, Business analytics.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
