Salary: $281,000–$468,000 per year (Chicago, IL and Downers Grove, IL offices) or $303,000–$506,000 per year (Edison, NJ and New York, NY offices)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture framework aligned with strategic goals.
• Create technology roadmaps for growth and operational efficiency, including cloud and AI adoption.
• Lead development and management of cloud platforms, ensuring effective deployment and optimization.
• Oversee data and analytics strategies, including governance, quality, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Manage technology infrastructure (networks, servers, storage), ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives (machine learning, NLP) to enhance processes and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required.
• Minimum 15 years of technology leadership experience in a professional services firm.
• Deep expertise and certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data and analytics, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
• Exceptional leadership, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
