What you will do

• Provide technical and functional support for FX and Derivatives trading platforms.
• Monitor platform stability and performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Act as the first point of contact for incidents, coordinating with traders, developers, and vendors.
• Manage application releases, deployments, and post-rollout validation.
• Support client FIX connectivity and OMS/EMS workflows.
• Drive system improvements, enhance platform resilience, and optimize functional capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance.
• Minimum 2.5 years of post-graduate experience in the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, especially FX and Derivatives.
• Experience with FIX protocol, Linux, scripting (e.g., Bash/Python), and network protocols.
• Understanding of incident/problem resolution, release management, and stakeholder coordination.
