What you will do
- Lead the redesign and scaling of operational MI frameworks.
- Define and standardize key metrics across Collections and Recoveries.
- Conduct deep analytical investigations into credit performance and operational effectiveness.
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations, Risk, and Product teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive automation and scalability of reporting and business processes.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong experience with BI tools and dashboard design best practices.
- Proven track record of owning analytical problem areas from diagnosis to delivery.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting in high visibility settings.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and shaping analytical approaches.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to quantify trade-offs.
- English: B2 required

- Experience within fintech, banking, or regulated operational environments.
- Experience leading reporting transformation or large-scale MI rebuilds.
