What you will do

• Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously evolve the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with Service Management teams and the Product Manager to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively contribute to the resolution of complex platform incidents.
• Drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ITSM Platform Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
• Proven experience in platform customization, scripting, and API integrations.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proactivity and dynamism; organizational and communication skills.
