What you will do
- Support the sales team on client briefs, offering guidance and expertise.
- Manage end-to-end direct display and video campaigns across GAM and various SSPs.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ad campaigns.
- Support ad data requests, clean data sets, and assist with ongoing data analysis to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team on billing discrepancies and revenue-related matters.
- Generate ad hoc reports for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops within a publisher or media owner environment, including campaign setup, trafficking, and optimisation.
- Proficiency with ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, Permutive (or other DMPs), and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Possess an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ready to develop new processes and solve problems without a blueprint.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams while adhering to operational security protocols.
- English: B2 required.
