TL;DR

Scrum Master: Managing the development and implementation of assigned software projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for teams using Agile and traditional methodologies. Focus on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams to higher levels of maturity.

What you will do

• Manage multiple software development work streams and ensure timely delivery of results and features for the Release Train.
• Support and educate Product Owners in developing, maintaining, and grooming the Product Backlog.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to keep development teams productive and guide them on self-organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build schedules, identify and manage dependencies, and align deliverables.
• Proactively handle and rigorously maintain project issues, risks, and action items, ensuring transparent communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing software development projects, with at least 1 year as a Scrum Master diligently applying Scrum principles.
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence, including extracting reports.
• Good skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various Agile approaches (Kanban, FDD) and techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
