What you will do

• Analyse and document end-to-end onboarding and verification flows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Gather, validate, and translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support the roadmap for eKYC solutions integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis on onboarding journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed process maps and documentation of the onboarding and verification process by entity-specific onboarding rules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure correct implementation and smooth delivery of onboarding features.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
