What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of DENSO development policies, procedures, concepts, practices, and tools.
• Develop and maintain organizational Quality Management System (QMS) and process assets in-line with DENSO and Industry standards (IT, ASPICE, Functional Safety).
• Perform gap analysis and lead Technical Working Groups to create and pilot process solutions.
• Deploy processes and train development teams.
• Prepare development teams for QA Eval audits and ASPICE assessments, and participate in audits/assessments.
• Perform internal audits/evaluations and help assure the quality of work products and process activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience working with embedded development projects in the Auto industry.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and ability to apply it to production products required.
• Record of successful and measurable process/performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ALM tools to support business goals, preferably Atlassian and IBM DOORs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ability to apply it to production products.
• Cybersecurity experience.
