What you will do

• Lead roadmap planning and execution for ecosystem and cosmetic-focused initiatives from early concept through launch.
• Partner with design, art, engineering, and product to shape and deliver player-facing features and experiences.
• Contribute to product direction by helping evaluate feature scope, trade-offs, and player impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure releases meet creative, quality, and strategic goals.
• Build and maintain project plans and schedules while managing dependencies across development teams.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production experience within the gaming industry.
• Experience shipping game features or content from concept through release.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to contribute to feature direction and player experience.
• Experience partnering closely with design and art teams to deliver player-facing content.
• Ability to independently own and drive complex initiatives.
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, design, art, and product with strong communication skills.
