What you will do

  • Lead the construction and evolution of the Studio Operations team to scale internal and external efficiency.
  • Oversee the studio's physical and digital core, including long-range planning and hardware/software lifecycle management.
  • Build and lead best-in-class External Development, Co-Development, and Outsourcing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Head on annual budgeting and hold P&L responsibility.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting structures to identify and resolve friction points in development pipelines.
  • Direct the studio's employee experience strategy to balance high performance with an inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the games industry with a track record of high-quality leadership.
  • Expertise in project management and business strategy.
  • Proven experience leading operational teams through product roadmaps and live-service management.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools like Excel for managing complex deal sheets.
  • Deep understanding of studio psychology and collaboration to optimize developer velocity.
