What you will do

  • Build a strong team culture focused on outcomes, quality, and delivery.
  • Take accountability for a major system area (pipeline, detection, response, or LLM workflows).
  • Turn strategy into milestones, make trade-offs, and deliver predictably.
  • Make decisions under uncertainty, supported by the team.
  • Communicate clearly to align product, engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Coach, hire, provide performance feedback, and build an environment where strong engineers can excel.

Requirements

  • Experience leading an engineering team or a strong tech lead ready to step into people leadership.
  • Strong backend/distributed systems foundation.
  • Excellent prioritization and trade-off thinking.
  • Strong people skills including coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and communication.
  • High ownership and responsibility.

Nice to have

  • Web3/blockchain experience or strong interest.
  • Experience with real-time / streaming data platforms.
  • Security, fraud, risk, or other adversarial-domain experience.
