Compensation: $184,400–$253,550

What you will do

• Lead architecture and strategy for enterprise AI/ML platforms on AWS, including SageMaker, Bedrock, and HealthLake.
• Implement secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions for clinical insights, operational intelligence, and generative AI.
• Determine cloud, data, and model governance patterns ensuring responsible AI, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
• Support product leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams with deep technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 10+ years, OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of job-related experience.
• 8+ years of experience architecting or engineering cloud-native AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, EKS, S3, Redshift, Lambda).
• 5+ years of experience designing or supporting ML Ops pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare, life sciences).
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience designing AI/ML solutions for healthcare or clinical analytics.
• Strategic communication, executive-level storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
