Salary: $155,000–$175,000 USD annually

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Decompose ambiguous problems into executable workstreams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Research and introduce new industry best practices and innovative tools.
• Maintain momentum through ambiguity by unblocking critical paths and removing impediments.
• Apply deep domain expertise to balance scope, quality, and speed with product intent.
• Communicate complex topics, ensure visible delivery commitments, and write comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Jira.
• Proven track record leading medium-to-large, cross-functional software initiatives.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery for platform or infrastructure initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in architectural and implementation discussions with engineering leads.

Nice to have

• Background in scaled or complex software development organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• Experience driving operational improvements and delivery metrics at scale.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, especially with HITRUST and/or FedRAMP High.
