What you will do

• Deeply understand hirify.global and each customer’s business to serve as a product expert and trusted advisor.
• Develop creative, tailored engagement scopes and customized content for each customer.
• Act as a senior program leader on critical and large deployments, coordinating workstreams, and managing dependencies, scope, and risks.
• Facilitate change management processes and associated engagement activities like customer training and executive reviews.
• Analyze professional services offerings and engagements to drive continuous program enhancement.
• Partner with internal relationship stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience from pre-sales through transition.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Complex project experience, understanding customer success at enterprise scale.
• Customer-centric approach, passionate about demonstrating hirify.global's value and advocating for customers.
• Honed ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and credibility.
• Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and initiative in ambiguity.
