Location: Must live near a major airport due to frequent travel (~50%+) to support meetups, conferences, customer and partner events, and other community initiatives. United States.

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD (US), $170,000 - $210,000 USD (US Premium Markets)

What you will do

• Lead and grow hirify.global’s AMER meetup network, coordinating events, speakers, logistics, and community engagement.
• Serve as the primary connector for developer-focused initiatives across hirify.global, collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, sales teams, and external partners and customers.
• Act as a liaison between hirify.global, the community, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, webinars, meetups, and other technical forums.
• Support engineers in online communities such as Discord, Twitter, Slack and GitHub Discussions.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in data systems, analytics, distributed systems, or related domains.
• Experience engaging and enabling developer communities, including running meetups, events, or open source programs.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (engineering, product, marketing, sales) and with external partners and customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to drive programs that scale across multiple geographies and stakeholders.
• Comfortable being a visible, public advocate for hirify.global and our community.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time; remote role requires living near a major airport.
