Focus on building systems and playbooks that scale AI across an enterprise marketing organization, accelerating the path from idea to prototype to pilot.

Location: Remote

Salary: $18 - $22 USD per hour

What you will do

• Prototype AI workflows & agents using tools like M365 Copilot, hirify.globalGPT, and Power Automate.
• Convert live sessions and pilot learnings into reusable checklists, templates, and quick-start guides.
• Organize and maintain the agent/workflow library and documentation in SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Assist with intake hygiene, status updates, and project tracking to keep work unblocked and visible.
• Track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards.
• Evaluate AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies and help iterate toward higher-quality results.

Requirements

• Rising Junior/Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a graduate student, at an accredited university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs
• Curiosity about how AI is changing marketing and the judgment to use it responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Built simple automations in Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience chaining prompts/steps (multi‑stage workflows) to complete more complex tasks.
• Exposure to APIs or technical tooling.
