What you will do

• Administer and enforce physical security policies at hirify.global’s data centers, collaborating with collocation partners.
• Create, establish, and maintain comprehensive security training programs and documentation for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of data centers, create reports, and lead remediation efforts for findings.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and manage the security programs of hirify.global customers.
• Manage facility access policies, requests, and revocations, enforcing a principle of “least privilege.”

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in a physical security field, with applicable law enforcement or military experience considered.
• In-depth knowledge of physical security principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational discipline, time management, technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency using office tools such as MAC/Windows/Google Workspace.
• Must have US work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Electronic Physical Security Certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis).
• Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CPTED.
• IT and computer networking experience.
• Prior experience as a people manager, team leader, physical security design, or project management.
