QA Lead

What you will do

• Define the Testing Strategy and Plan for the project.
• Coordinate functional, integration, and non-functional testing activities.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, reporting, and quality dashboards.
• Lead the QA team, providing prioritization, support, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and external providers during integration and incident resolution.
• Review and approve test artifacts, reports, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years leading teams or projects.
• Experience in API, backend, or integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing tools.
• Professional English level (oral and written) required.
• Must have NATO country nationality for Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with iPaaS platforms like Boomi or similar technologies.
• ISTQB certification.
